when i first got my scorpio, i did the same thing, wanted to make it run perfect, so i changed all the tune-up stuff, and it wouldn't start, sometimes it would but it would die as soon as i hit the gas. it ended up being the rotor, i had put and aftermarket rotor on and i guess it didn't quite reach...

please explain to me how something that is not mounted directly to the caliper or the rotor can cause the rotor to "knock-back" the piston in the caliper. as far as i know the knocking back of the piston is virtually the only thing you'll feel in the pedal. because we are talking about a fluid conne...
if you are worried about the shaking and the brake pedal pulsation. it can only be a bad wheel bearing or a warped rotor. i will put money on the rotor. if it was because of the control arm bushing, you wouldn't feelit in the pedal. do the rotor first. then check it to see if you have any other loos...
