When I bought my pedal assembly it didin't have a spring with it. So I tried to match up one but it seems like it is not working very well. Where can someone find a OEM spring?

Done 151 in a buddies 94 SS Impala when he let me drive it. I had a 87 5.0 I got to around 140 on the interstate in GA. Only had the Merk to around 90, didnt trust it

Yeah we pulled my motor and trans together out the top. It is doable, but you have to pull it at a major angle.

Hey let your buddy know the is another merkur inthusiast about 1hr above Knox Tell him I have some parts here and stuff if he is ever looking, or just if he wants to contact someone close to talk XR's.

I just contacted him to see what he let it go for. I am only about 45mins north of him so I might get it and put it with my other parts cars. Thanks for posting and letting us know.
