Re: How did you intercool
Not only does in the front, out the hood flow well, it creates down force at the front.

To save 2 or 3 hundred now is a real thing.

Re: List of priorities: modifications
Since there is no exhaust, literally, I want to do a full 3", but Inwant to fab it up. I don't need a $500 stainless system on a car that needs a ton of work.

Re: How did you intercool
There's a guy on line that is selling a kit that locates the intercooler to the battery box. He says there is a lot of air flow there. Doesn't make logical sense to me.

Re: On the hunt
Lol. Put together the list of stuff to do to it to put it back on the road and.... this really may be "it takes a community" to put this back on the road.
What am I thinking, lol.

Fuel pump neutral safety switch?
One issue on the 87 is that the current owner is wiring the battery straight to the pump and not through the key. Everything else works through the key. Is this a classic nss failure or could it be something else?

Re: On the hunt
Not sure how to post. It's a plain blue stamped steel cover like a pinto would have. Plus the buggered up turbo hoses suck.

Re: On the hunt
This body isn't as bad rust wise. It can't really be driven, though. Has a small hole in a hard brake line and can't do much past idle plus the turbo piping is goobered. Wrong hoses and aftermarket blow off valve.
