Don't worry - you can get in at the gate even if you don't have the card that Carlisle sends you. They will have your name on file and be a able to look it up. I have forgotten mine a few times in the past. As far as the dinner ticket is concerned, everyone picks them up at the hotel on Friday night...

I did find a coding error today and have changed the check-out process. I'd be interested if anyone still gets an error upon checkout.

The main thing is to re-assure everyone that even with the error message, the order still goes through OK.
