Do you have a non-stock WGA? One with a threaded/adjustable length rod? X2. If it's adjustable, set it one turn looser and test. You can boost creep with a free-flowing exhaust compared to stock, but I haven't seen that problem on the XR. I have on Scoobies and DSM's. Will check that out, thanks!

After a long hiatus from my Merkuring I have decided to go back to working on it on a regular basis. My problem is that I had to replace the WGA and I am not sure its adjusted right, if i casually drive then get on it all of a sudden it seems like it overboosts in whatever gear im in. they do have it in a lower class on the totem pole but not the lowest one. you cant modify the cars, but its in the same class as a 69 z28 and a hemi cuda and a gmc syclone and the like. you can only choose from white, black or moonstone but you can do a custom paintjob, not to the extent of forza b...

on pgr4 it is indeed a sierra cosworth. i picked the game up on a whim and i was pleasantly surprised to find it in there.

time to hijack the thread. so the taurus calipers fit? i just sold a TC rear axle and the guy wabts the brakes but i was reluctant to sell cause i thought that those were the only ones that would fit. any other calipers fit? maybe 87-88 v6 tbird?

well when i turn the key i cant hear the pump prime but when i drop it and put power to it bya a separate battery it primes. maybe the ecu? ive got 3 auto ecu's sitting here but neither of them have yielded any success so i was thinking a wire or something.

tried starting the car i want to save. it cranked over earlier, but never started then the battery died. charged the battery and tried again. now im just getting a popping noise somewhere near the battery. i didnt switch batteries. any ideas?

well figured out why the car was running so badly. a cap off a vacuum line above the brake fluid resevoir had fallen off. it was running and i saw it was uncapped and put my finger on it. instantly ran better, unfortunately i still need to replace my wga

well im not so sure its just the wga. i started it up today and it was running like crap: died on me when i just started with no throttle, started and ran fine when it was under throttle but as soon as i let off it started shaking and having a really bad idle. any ideas or are we sure its this?

the 87's have the ihi turbo huh?damn, down for even longer

well the wga went out yesterday so im in a dire need to fix it so i dont have to drive my project car which is a 74 corolla. wondering if the 2 are the same?. the turbocoupe is an 87
