Re: Supra Diff replacement part #s

Drive shaft flange, and Solid crush sleeve options "Marlin Rock Crawlers" "solid crush sleeve" = Solid pinion spacer Quick disclaimer on the front pinion bearing: the one I recently received was the correct 30306M, but the depth seemed off. Everything went in correctly, but the bearing contact angl...

Re: Manual trans into auto xr

Wondering where that shaft came from, since the front tube and CSB look to be the only stock things on there. Joints look like the 1300 series (same size caps as the 1310, just a narrower joint). Very nice looking piece, done correctly.

Re: $135 More 11" rear brake kit brackets and Hoses available on SALE!!

Ugh, Escape calipers and pads? I thought there was something with Focus rear calipers and pads...??? The Aluminum caliper and pads are the exact same as the Focus on these. The pad "carrier" (bracket) is the only thing different. Alas!! I have more sets of the Focus brackets being plated as we spea...

Re: Supra Diff replacement part #s

Yes, it does help. Need to figure out drive shaft as well, even though every car has somewhat of a different configuration. Thanks for posting! I've got some part #s for making a larger 2-pc shaft with the stock CSB. I don't know if everything clears, but the bore is the same as our bearings. 2.5" ...

Supra Diff replacement part #s

To keep this from getting lost in the facebook cyberspace (I hate searching there), I decided to post this here and then people can link there or hopefully search here before posting on social media. Here's a list of the replacement bearings and seals for the Supra Diff. Quick recommendation on thes...

I'm not 100% sure if they will. I'd imagine so, but having not fit them and not having anyone fit them yet, I cannot guarantee.

Re: XR vs. Scorpio Inner Tie Rods

Ed, don't know where you got the idea that they are NLA. I just picked up a couple sets of Scorpio ones, brand new, from Russ at Rapido. Should look for some XR ones for one of these 2 racks I need to clean up and rebuild.

Re: Sierra Camber plates or others on a xr4ti?

Our car is a Sierra, so those will work. Almost every company in England that makes cossie stuff makes some version of those. Look into Burton Power, MK Motorsports (extremely slow though, unless they are in stock already), and some others.

$135 More 11" rear brake kit brackets and Hoses available on SALE!!

Decided to start a new thread to get some interest. I have 5 sets of the V1 brackets that are all set ready to go with bolts and hoses for $135 shipped. These utilize the 2012-2016 Ford Escape and C-Max calipers (aluminum caliper and pads the same as the Focus, just the pad carrier is different). Es...

Re: Always fight photo ticket

The key with John's comments regards what is legal notification? If it's not done via certified mail (expensive), then there is no legal proof of notification. You have a reasonable doubt regarding whether or not you were notified and the state needs to prove that. Yes, the states are all tied toget...

Better hurry up Mike, I'm starting to actually get this car together and don't want to rip out the dash again. Looks like a custom piece like your radiators. I'm happy you're having this done.

Re: Comprehensive Upgrade List for XR?

Ditto on everything above. There's such a wide range of price options on a lot of the upgrades that these should be included with the "list". Also, with many of the upgrades, there's wide range of cost due to availability and your willingness to scrounge around (either in the JY or on eBay/FB Market...

Re: Front brake lines

The hard lines at all 4 corners are a female connection, so a Male on the soft line is required. Sounds like you have the correct lines. Do you have any pictures? Later cars got the extensions to attach the hose on the front subframe, while the earlier ones went through the wheelwell.

108mm bolt pattern stub shaft flanges? Or 100mm?
From the FB pictures, looks to be the 2wd/108mm stubs. He does have the 2wd outer stubs to match if needed I believe. Disc brake only (Scorpio or Euro Sierra).
