Re: Extremely cool xr build thread.

Canada has a lot of rally cars and events up that way. I would thi...

Re: Strange sound after turbocoupe rear brake swap

I think at this point I would stick a dial indicator on the rotor and spin it! That will tell you if anything is warped or out of alignment.

Have you checked to see if any of the calipers may be sticking a bit after you use the brakes?

Are the parts used or new?

Correct! makes a solid mount beam!

I am actually impressed with how well my car rides with the rear beam solid mounted. I thought I would have more noise and vibrations compared to having it isolated. Not to bad in my opinion.

2.3, WCT5, one piece drive line. My take on the process was to go to my drive line shop, tell him I have a WCT5 trany. I need it to bolt up to a supra diff and the measurement between the two are _ _ _ inches. Came back the next day, gave him _ _ _ dollars and was on my way! I would personally never...

I had the same issues when I put my T5 in.

Changed the rear end out with a supra diff. Turned that slug into a quick little car. Better traction now with a lsd that came factory in the diff.

I put a small fuel filter on the vent line and routed it out the fender to vent. If you plug it you will no longer have a vent on the tank and when you open the fill cap it will suck in air at first from a neg. pressure built up in the tank. I would only assume that this is also hard on the fuel pum...
