If that's true; the Scorpio blower motor is an odd duck. In general, continuity between the commutator and motor shaft indicates a short.

Last time I checked; I got 29.3 MPG @ 80 MPH with both windows down.

All that's left then is to decide where/how to vent the tank. Personally, I think that just letting the fuel vapor vent to the engine bay is a bad idea.

That's because it's sitting forward of the other two. I imagine that's because it's the focus of whatever article that pic came from.

Vref is pin 26. I don't know how far away from the ECM this splits off to the different sensors. Good luck.
