this is going to sound funky. too many twists in the cable! :shock: buzzed off all the rust with a stone and a really small engraving bit (this rocked for that!) still did it :evil: i looked at the wire and said hum, wonder if i make the cables flat instead of twisted and well ... its holding up gre...

yeah, i'm already thinking that, but it will only take a few minutes to buzz off that rust and see ;) i can always get one if that fails.

having electrical ninja's :/ happens on drivers tail light problem: turn signal without break applied, works great! however, with brake applied i get some odd happenings. first of all, my signal light turns a light shade of green, my drivers tail glows dim, but the pass is fine. i looked at the bulb...

White would be coolant or condensation. Blue would be oil indicating possible bad valve stem seals. The coolant burning could be either from the turbo going or a head gasket on it's way. Do a compression test to verify. test instructions are in the service manual right? never done one before :shock:

your best bet is to use carfax, it will tell you at least where the car was last registered at.
