What transmission/diff/RPM limit are you running to get 95mph 3rd gear? That slalom sounds like a blast!

I have my cluster apart and the new regulator, but I am stumped as to how to remove the old regulator. Does anyone know how to get the old regulator off the metal plate it is bolted to?
