Since I want to do a turbo LSX swap when this motor $#!* out I am going with a aeromotive stealth 340 for a 93 mustang. any one try one? its only $70 more and have room to grow.

Dont know what the special tool looks like but i have a ton of fuel line removal tools. I also have a tranny jack should work well. I may suck all the out with a hose. .

does the in tank pump push to the high? or does the high press suck from its own fuel line?

fuel pressure is 32psi with vacuum 40 psi with out vacuum line connected.

My down pipe keeps leaking. It is oval shaped. I am replacing it with a stinger down pipe. What size nuts go on the studs? The nuts are striped. I took the nuts to the store and tried m12 1.25 and m12 1.50. They will not start on the stud.

I have a copper fel-pro 8471sp head gasket. do i need to put silicone around the water ports? or just leave it a bare gasket?

From the dead when you use the fel-pro 8471sp copper head shims do you need to run a gasket with it? do you need to put silicone around the holes?

It lost all power. will not start now. Did the same thing my last one did when it blew. I have all the tools and an extra gasket laying around. Might as well. Plus it gives me something to do this weekend when it rains. I have a friend that has a wrecked xr i might get from him. or try a TT LS1 swap.
