I just looked under the hood of an XR yesterday which has this rad installed. It looked good and seemed to be a drop in replacement, but I wasn't present for the install so who knows how much swearing was involved. Are you by chance trying to use an 85-88 radiator in an 89 cooling system? no Sir, my car is an 85. just have a look at what they did. what you show for the rad is correct. the 1/2 inch tube on the passenger side and the 5/8 tube goes bottom drivers side with the bigger end ...

This is really late to comment on but I was looking for what fuse 7 light was because I have a 20m amp draw on the circuit. So I will have to AGAIN go back into the rear lights and take apart the plastic clamp that separates the steel wires and clean out the rust/white crap. For all those wondering ...
