Re: Clutches

Take a look at stinger performance. They have some good kits that go up to 400 ish torque. http://www.stinger-performance.com/suspensionparts.html http://forum.turboford.org/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_profile;u=00003314 I bought mine from pyropete125 over on turboford. It's comparable to the sta...

Re: Greetings - New Member here

Welcome aboard! Just read some of the previous posts. I was running the 215/50/16 tires on countour SVT rims and spacers. They did fit and performance was much improved. The issue now is little to no choice in tires in this size. These were only offered I believe on 2 cars factory; the PT cruiser an...

Re: Advantage from TC intake?

You may want to check out turboford for flow information.
I seem to remember someone flow bench testing the later style inline intake but I'm not sure on the early version.

Re: R&D Hazard Switch stock replacement

Craig Madsen just sent me a cruise version of the switch assembly to R and R. I'll report back on that as I've never tried to disassemble the cr...

Re: 3-Door RS Cosworth hub bolt pattern?

I think what John K is asking is about the bolt pattern of the bearing carrier to sta so he could use a turbocoupe adapter bracket. I beleive they are the same even though the physical bearings are larger but he was looking for input on those that know for sure.

Is that what you meant John?

Re: Tricks & tips for removing camshaft

FYI KD no longer makes this tool but it's available under the Jack Sealey brand PN VS168. This looks to be a U.K. Producer but it's still being made Jack Sealey - Sealey Valve Spring Compressor Lever Type Ohv/Ohc You can also look for Big A brand PN 17-8611 Or as you mentioned the KD version but bot...

Re: Rapido Big Valve Head

Well since this thread has been revived I guess I'll give an update. The FMS big valve heads definitely don't have hardened valve seats. I had this resurfaced a few years back and the machinist said the valves had sunk into the seats. He builds mini stock motors and said the fms head was mostly aime...
