Re: Where can I get fuel pump and a fuel sending unit
if you upgrade to a fuel cell, does that negate the need for the stock sending unit?

Re: What springs upgrades are most used for street?
I'm running 350/lb springs up front and 650/lb rear. I don't find it that harsh at all. Every upgrade to my suspension was supplied by MC2 Racing.

Re: LA3 question
what about timing after you install the LA3? didn't the Turbo Coupes run a different timing than our XRs?

Re: Strut recommendation 350f/650r spring rates
I am currently running these exact spring rates right now in my car with the Bilstein adjustable height coilover struts and shocks from MC2 Racing as well as a poly bushings everywhere. I was using this setup with stock 15" wheels and tire sizes at first, then went to 17x8 wheels with 225/45r17...

Aftermarket Pedal box?
Looking for some insight into upgrading the pedals in my car. I have huge feet (14 EEEE) and would like the pedal spacing, especially between the gas and brake pedals, to be wider. What have you guys done about this in the past? Any tricks or pedals from other vehicles that can be adapted... or do I...

Re: Anyone who has done a t5 swap
My second XR had a T5 swap when I bought it and can confirm that it orients more to the left side. Once I got used to it I preferred it because other than the shifter feeling better, 5th took less reaching than it does on the T9 for my driving position (seat all the way back with a slight lean backw...

Re: focus recaro seats
the focus seats would sit lower than the stock XR ones, correct? Depends on how you mount them. What were you thinking in that regard? I am what most people would call a "large man". If i sit in my desired position i have to lean my head to the side and into the sunroof opening to fit... ...

Re: focus recaro seats
I believe you'll run into a few different variants of the recent Focus/Fiesta Recaros (color, material, heat/non, and power). I can at least recall for the Focus ST (I'm not too well-versed on the Fiesta) you have the option for: Partial Leather - Black and Blue - Non-Heat - Manual: ST2 Package Par...

Re: focus recaro seats
I assume that they are power-adjustable, yes? The one I test drove was. I think they all are, but don't know for sure. I know that the RS has power seats as standard IIRC. It doesn't seem like you can take much out of a production car these days(IOW everything is standard it seems). For giggles I c...

Re: 17x8 wheel suggestions
amazon had some 17x8 Rota Grid wheels in 40 offset. they're light and reputable enough even though they are replicas. I bought a set for my car. yeah they're black... but you can always paint them. they don't normally make those wheels in our bolt pattern so if they're still available check them out...

Re: Front suspension metallic click noise over bumps
So i definitely have the right top mount set up. The bushings are all new. Im wondering if its not suspension related. Like something I cant think of that could cause a rattle. Tie rods/ball joints? Do you feel anything when that sound happens? a little more out there but it happened to me... i hea...

Re: Opinions are like.... 75w90, 80w90, 85w90, 90EP, IDKwIDC
i've seen 75w90 mentioned a few times and i finally got around to changing mine yesterday so i used just that. I'm pretty certain what came out of the diff was the oil that it came with from the factory... looked like coffee that was sitting on a heating plate for 8 hours. gross. I don't put a lot o...

Re: Tired of low ride, changing to stockish ride. Advice ple
x4 for MC2. Love my suspension that I got from them. I went with adjustable height front bilstein coilovers with 350lb springs and the rear are 650lb springs in stock location with bilstein shocks. its not harsh at all on the crap roads in Michigan so far... and that's with all poly bushings. also b...
