Re: Awesome. A new noise!

What instruction are you following?
Also, what is the new input shaft and bearing retainer from?

You're switching because the SN95 are longer input shaft?

Re: Friday the 13th

Do you have more of the cladding rivets? I think you mentioned this in another post a few weeks or so ago?
I'll be looking for some as well sometime in the near future.

Do you have to remove the stub axel to install Tim's kit?
Do you mean rear brakes for Tim's kit?
If so, no, the stub shaft doesn't need to be removed.
You do have to remove the stub shaft though if you want to remove the backing plate and keep it in one piece.

Now that's interesting. I underappreciated ATF until I learned more about its other uses here. If there was a way to pressurize it for a spray like the others...
when you dilute it with acetone it will be thinner, put in a squirt bottle and you're good to go...

Sorry, being dense today. Where on the tie rod end do you weld? Or were you referring to welding on rack teeth?
I think they're saying to extend the tie rod end longer by welding a pipe or something on to it so it wont travel as far.

Re: Broken downpipe elbow bolts

Pray, heat, wax, pray, try to remove by ez-out or grabbing any portion of the broken bolt left in the hole.

Re: Limiting Steering Rack ROM

Search up rack limiters. These were just some small clips that went on the rack in my Mustang, it's been probably 20 years since I did this, but it helped.

I emailed them, no reply, if they are not gone, their lack of communications does not fill me with confidence to order anything from them even if they are not gone. Yes they're still open, yes it has also been mentioned here and other places Merk...
