Re: ABS Master Cylinder / Pump Assembly

If you can change an axle, you can remove the differential carrier. It's only 2-3 more bolts.

Re: ABS Master Cylinder / Pump Assembly

I'm pretty confident that you can swap the units from the CV into other cars.
I say this because, back a while I swapped 95 Cobra brakes to my 89Mustang.
A handful of other people were putting the ABS from the Marquis and CV onto their Mustangs and it was functional.

Re: Factory Service Manuals PDF On-line

They are posted here, along with many of the EVTM from what I recall.
Where though, I don't recall, it's been a few years now.

If you're looking for an engine, let me know...
I've got one as well, although not missing so many of the parts listed above.

Re: thermal limiting fuse

Make sure you crimp the new thermal fuse in, not solder.
If you solder it, well, it's gonna open.

I'll have to look again, somewhere here there is a write up with most likely a ton of missing photobucket links that show how to rebuild the fan motor with ball bearings.

Saw the most recent one the other day, I'll keep my eye open screenshot it if I see it again.

Put the sub in your garage, or don't turn it on.
Any car, new or old will rattle if the thing is turned on and playing at a decent level.

New people trying to register

I'm seeing a handful of people chatting about how they've tried to register, but have not been approved yet.
Is there a specific person in charge of this task here?

Re: The broken aftermarket CV-axle issue

Guys, I have been thinking this for a while, but seeing more here actually made me get up and go check. When I got your failed axles Ed, I did notice this but wasn't sure how much different they really are. Attached are some photos that will clarify. The axles which you sent me have a different pitc...

Re: The broken aftermarket CV-axle issue

Similar results for the XR4 Sierra. So it looks like XR4ti and Scorpio do indeed share the same axle lengths. I can confirm that Scorpio and XR axles are the same as with the ones I rebuild, have been installed on opposite vehicles. Example is Ed's Scorpio, the axles I did for him came from an XR. ...
