Then something else is wrong. I read his post and said exactly the same words out loud. I've reused the Ranger gasket several times and always installed it dry. I've had the joy of all 3 types of gasket on my valve cover..cork...GARBAGE.... blue from aftermarket...GARBAGE... then, I happened upon t...

At the risk of insulting your intelligence, have you checked the vacuum connections to the heater control solenoid and heater control motor (vacuum operated); the vacuum/boost line through the firewall to the boost gauge; the vacuum line to the temperature selector slide on the dash that signlas th...

The BAT springs are an increased rate/stiffer spring than stock....I wouldn't be cutting the stock weak springs...Even if I did cut the stock springs I think they would be fine(other than too soft) with the correct shock....I believe if you cut a progressive rate spring it will become stiffer, beca...

cut the coils??? dont do that! if your going to lower you need to increase the spring rate. If you just nip a coil or two from your springs all you'll gain is the ability to ride on the bumpstop more often. ...leave that to the ricer crowd. Save up and talk to the mc2 boys..they'll hook you ...

And if it was'nt somewhat of an influence than why the hell would ford have included it??? Its the last step in the chain..so codes or not, Im replacing it anyway...
