I agree with SVO Sierra (even though I own the only showroom stock (unmolested) Cossie RS). Perhaps an award for the tallest stack of empty Canadian beers cans on a Cossie wing would be more appropriate! :lol:

Yeah they're all good Ed but my recommendation would be something to award the efforts of the young 'uns. Some may lack in skills, experience and/or cash but damn they are enthusiastic!! Without them the Merkurs will die when us old farts do.

Or just move to a non-emissions state. Minnesota, baby. :lol: 65% of airborn pollution where I live originates in the USA - most of it I suspect originates in Colin's Garage!! I have eliminated the EGR from my XR with no noticeable difference. Still haven't removed the EGR pipe where it connects to...

Yup, exactly as MarkM says - I did mine a couple of days before Carlisle without removing the seat. There's no way you can remove the clutch pedal from the assembly without first removing the whole thing - not that I could figure out anyway.

My weight reduction measure (A/C removal) resulted in my Chocy Merk being reduced to a blob so I ate it!
