I believe most 80's and newer vehicles are ethanol compliant. All should be good for and unleaded only fuel type vehicle...since the addition of alcohol. Rubber O-Rings/hoses, and Lead Lined tanks would be the only problem.

E85 Hot or Not?

Has Anyone done an E85 conversion to their Merkur? I'm more curious of a XR conversion? There are Conversion kits available for 4 Cyl Fords. Though I have yet to talk to a person who sells them. I am also not convinced that at this point in the evolution of E85 that it is economical to do a conversi...

I installed an A/F Meter 2 weeks ago! With well over 3000 miles before the install, The Guage shows three yellow bars at 14lbs boost and regulates perfectly while in closed loop. I have put on 200 miles and all seems to be swell!

Not to throw too much into the mix....Victor valve cover gasket works perfect. I tried the blue Fel-Pro, and got the same results as you Travis, the Victor gasket fits like a glove.

The inlet and the outlets of the intercooler are 3", The turbo and throttle body are 2 1/4". Pictures are worth a thousand word in this case. Thanks!

I'm trying to decide where to do the transition between 3" to 2 1/4". I don't really feel like buying a couple dozen different types of couplers, I'd rather copy a sample I like, but I'm having a hard time visualizing. I have the intercooler purchased but I haven't installed it. I would like to do t...

Cossie (Cosworth) intercooler W/stock intake

Could someone post pictures of the engine compartment with a cosie intercooler, stock turbo, and stock over the top intake. I would like to see what type of couplers were used. Thanks a bunch for the help. Mike
