Well I had my First Problem with the new pump. Thanks! The switch was a concern of mine but I had no wiring diagram for it . I will check that tonight!

The car will Run! ( when I spray Ether into the Throttle body). When the key is turned to the on position, The fuel pumps do not do the fuel system prime. The pumps themselves have good grounds because when manually powered through the fuse box/relay box they work. The fuel pump relay does click, so...

There is no fuel pressure at the rail. The fuel pumps do not turn on when the key is turned to the on position. Like I said if I manually engage the pumps with a jumper wire from the alternator to the relay, the pumps will work! So where does the actual power supply come from? Does the computer have...

XR died on the way to work. It cranks and cranks and cranks. There is spark. When ether is sprayed, the car will run. Fuel pump fuses are good, Relay clicks, when you jump the relay; power directly to the pumps the pumps come on. All grounds seem to be tight and good. the XR is an 1986. none of the ...

Does the water temp gauge come with a sender? I would think the best possible place to put the water temp gauge sender would be right after the the water outlet. A good place to put an oil pressure pickup is in the fitting where the turbo feed line comes out.((back left hand corner of the block) loo...
