It is still working fine! This thread still is quite new so I haven't gotten many miles on it since the install. Also the weather hasn't been very nice.

Do you have a hose store in your town, in Spokane we have 2. They both carry a wide variety of silicone hose. Try looking into that.

I did install the pump last Saturday. So far so good, I can't hear the thing running. I noticed that the cars acceleration was improved a little. It also seemed to idle a bit smoother. I am currently running the stock Fuel pressure regulator and all appears OK. I only have about 40 miles on the new ...

With out having to tear into the rear wire harness, which of the three wires is the resistor wire? black w/red tracer, small brown wire, big brown wire? I assume it is the small brown wire. I don't have a rear wire schematic.

The Merkur Encyclopedia say's "The stock in-line pump (next to the left rear tire) is replaced with a longer filter without modification to the fuel lines. The filter part number is FOTZ-9155-B." Do you really want two filters in-line? Is there a problem with just using the existing fuel ...

Idiot

@@##$#$!!@#@# I got the fuel pump today! looked perfect, so I dropped it on the ground. It landed directly on the fuel outlet nipple and broke it clean off $#@%&^$#$. Well shouldn't cry over spilled milk. I sent it back and ordered a new one.

I think that is where my problem is! I don't have 3" exhaust yet, I have done the gutted upper and knife edged the lower, ported E6, boost controller, BOV, and LA3. I have a T5 waiting for a nice day to install. I also have a Top mount Subaru intercooler that I m going to fab into a front mount...
