So hers's my search and the results, which one, I see nothing but updates or unrelated posts, no write up on what has to happen to use the GM LSD.

I am working on a 7.5in trac loc swap that would go into the stock pumpkin Johnny, quit now before you waste any more time. For starters, the spline counts are different. The GM 7.5 is the much more rational way to go (and as Ben has indicated, even that takes some time and effort). Yeah the trac l...

Didn't even know they made a 2.3L diesel for the ranger(that's what the ad claimed) So the next quesition(who sees it coming???) Yeah, will that head fit the Lima block? I had heard rumors that the Lima was originally intended to be a diesel, and when they couldn't appease the americans taste(or rat...

Dr Funk, I had only the ford service manual to go by. If you buy any other books go to www.atsg.biz. Just use the service manual when it somes time to do the check balls. The C-3 is very straight forward to build, and can be done with greater chances of success than the A4(just ask me how I know...)...

The C-4 is for drag racing. The A4LD(A4 from now on), is a Light Duty trans(hence the LD). There was once(I'm beginning to believe he is a myth) a man named Doug Hamby, who allegedly built an A4 that could handle 350+hp, using 4R44E internals. He even worked with Ford to develop a "black box" to all...
