My guess would be an hour a side. I have done one side in 1hr 10mins including jacking up the car. Unfortunately one bolt on the other side spolied my average. That's the way it goes!

Check the throttle body, but also check that the throttle linkage isn't getting hung up on the under-hood insulation.
