Check your ignition timing, as well as your spark plugs, plug wires, and anything ignition related. That's where I would start. X2. And I would check vacuum again. I don't know if it helps or not, but, did you cut-off the resistor in the ground wire at the hatch/trunk when you did the walbro upgrade? Perhaps the guide-tube on the pedal assembly has cracked and causing some sort of binding issue. This is actually semi-common, although often it doesn't cause a problem initially. The only lsd I had tried is the eaton from mc2, in my experience I am very happy with it. I heard that people who have the supra lsd are very pleased with it but I only have experience with the eaton, so far so good.

I just put the ARP wheel studs from mc2racing.com in my XR and they fit pretty good, plenty of room. :cheers
