Electrical gremelins...

EVIL_XR4,

Remove the four screws from around the gauge shroud, remove the four screws that hold the gauge cluster in and pull the cluster out enough so you can disconnect the speedometer cable and the vacuum hose that goes to the boost gauge and the cluster is in your hands!

turboplz,

If you have the boost control solenoid disconnected what's controlling your boost?
If you unplug your IAC will the car idle?
Is your cone filter in the fender well?
Is your TPS new or have you checked it for voltage fall out?

There is an IRV (Internal Voltage Regulator) built into the instrument cluster.

When you put pressure not vacuum to the waste gate it only moves about .015". Your have to watch very closely to see it move. Are you sure you don't have a threaded waste gate actuator rod?

adamt85, What do you have your initial ignition timing set at? Degrees? Are you sure your cam timing is correct or did it slip a tooth? Use a voltmeter and check the impedance of your injectors and see if they match. And as Brad said check you injector harness make sure that you have continuity. John

If the resistor on top of the false fire wall is bad then all you have to do is plug it in and it will only run on high.

Don't worry about your timing at this time. Unplug your IAC and see if it still idles.

Did you check for vacuum leaks with a vacuum pump. Has your FPR got the vacuum line connected to it? Will the car idle after is starts? You need to start with the basics before you go any further.
