A few things yet this summer:

Convert to run E85, already upgraded to 80lb injectors.
Change to the Ranger alt/pwr steering pump setup, not sure if 1 or 2 belts, whichever comes easiest I guess.
Clean some more of the underhood wiring up.
Get the intercooler plumbed.

Bar and plate is the strongest, seems the easiest to manufacture, and can easily by produced in varying sizes. But it's mainly about fluid dynamics and the bar and plate design fail when compared to tube and fin. FYI air is a fluid. Here's a quick pix showing fluid flow around the fins: http://www.s...
