Drama would imply that people post often there, lol. It hasn't had as much activity over the past year I've noticed.

Re: Volvo S60 Intercooler
Brad, I looked it up, thinking that this "secondary" intercoller was actually more of an air-water intercooler, but apparently the collective minds at volvo thought the dual cooler setup they have here was sufficient. Well, according to many owners, a cheapo junkyard or ebay intercooler pr...

Re: Project Bronze Turd
Haven't really updated this in a while, but here's a few more pics of how it looks right now. Re: Volvo S60 Intercooler
I would hold off and pick up a cheap volvo front mount or something of the likes. That's an insanely small diameter in/out and after running the pipping for that and not being pleased with the results....it becomes even more of a hassle when you have to yank it all out to fab new pipes and mounts fo...

It's a pretty decent sized tank and would help cut costs when piecing a system together plus it's hidden. My only concern would be filling it all the way, the fluid level would be higher than the i...

Re: Installation of Walboro
It's been years since I did the walbro install, but I believe I just placed an inline fuel filter where the high pressure pump came out.

Re: Rear hatch question.
I've swapped out hatches before and while the physical install of the hatch is easy.....getting the wiring done is a royal PITA...just allow yourself more time than you think you need

Thanks!
I just used the harbor freight cheapo grinding bits. It took a while, but I'm just too cheap to spend the money on quality bits, lol.
