lol, i simply piggy-backed a wire from my fog light circuit to the solenoid since my NSS failed. decided i didnt want to crawl on my back to replace my bad switch...

You didnt mention anything about restricted exhaust... if you happen to a catalytic converter, those things can become pertially restricted causing your symptoms. might wanna check that...

Mine does exactly the same thing, however if you get someone to stand on the brake pedal you may notice that when you jiggle the plug socket on the bulb holder it will make contact and illuminate properly. i have decided to simply cut out the plug and solder the wires directly to the bulb holder ass...

Drove my Xr the other day about 20 miles and took the freeway. Now i know my driveshaft bushing is bad, and it could use a new guibo as well, but i noticed and felt like i was hearing harsh engine vibrations or oscilations coming from it at or above about 2800 rpms.
