Well after much research, I've decided a Gibson LP studio may not be what I'm after. I'll certainly get one in the future... but it's a big guitar world out there! :) Been looking into Carvin's again. Had my eye on Carvin since 84-85 or so... they are spendy guitars - but not stupid spendy like a Cu...

It would give him 10# all the time because the bleed orifice would be "closed" if he has the adjuster cranked down all the way with a heavy spring. This would cause all the signal to go to the WGA, thus opening it at it calibrated pressure, which is 10-11#. I was actually agreeing. :) b-f...

Actually Jon he make some really nice enginer mounts for a very far price, and you should think about them cause there sure is hell ain't any other choices except my versions of the chassi rail mounts and they require a fair bit of welding. See? I didn't know what he did/does. :) I certainly didn't...

Well perhaps the pics are hard to see...but from what I can tell he has his controller hooked up in place of the BCS as I still see the stock hose running from the pressure side down to the WGA, which will not work. Why that would give him 10psi all the time! :) I must stress with you; Check that v...

No...he has it hooked up incorrectly for what he is trying to do. Check out the pics. I can't tell from the pics if he's got one side going to pressure side, and the other going to WGA. If not, than it'll never work - as you've stated. But if it is hooked up right, the problem has got to be in the ...

My guess is you have the ball on the wrong end, or it's not sealing. This would cause the valve to never see any boost, or vacuum. It would just push air thru and level off at 10psi. If this is the case, back it WAY out, and try again. If you replaced the spring with a stronger one, replace it back ...

boostfiend....when you're done riding around on that tall horse, let the rest of us know. Tall horse? "Um, No." - would get your teeth knocked out in public. I highly doubt you talk to people like that in the open. You're the one that started us down this road in this particular conversat...

Okay... so your Merkur experience consists of less than a year of ownership... :notworthy I'm pretty sure Chuck and Brad have more than a years experience with these cars, (maybe more years than you've been alive) and the info that was posted was 100% wrong. They never help with facts? Do yo...

Ok, whatever..... That's expected. It was blatantly incorrect info... Which requires: "That's incorrect info." I mean come on.... Are people's skin getting too thin again? Maybe people are being jerks? I'm too busy being up to my elbow in this stuff to worry about sales numbers, colors, e...

So it would be a better idea to have left incorrect info as-is so others could incorrectly reference it in the future? :dunno This board is packed full of wrong incorrect info. Nice excuse though... I'll admit I don't have much patience for bad/misleading "data" - I'm not running for Mr. ...
