You don't need to change the VAM or computer to run an intercooler in an XR4Ti.

Says it all !
You will love it ...... if you do it !
But you will have to do some measuring / thinking to get it right.
Anyone on this forum who is running an IC will probably agree.

I assume the reasoning for the new turbo outlet / downpipe set and IC set up is for earlier boost ?
Is the existing the exhaust under the a car 3" to the back?

I think you may have passed the point of no return here but if you can't find a 90 to fit the down pipe you could try this.
