That's funny until recently a PM customer had a big HP XR WITH AC. Okay what are we talking about here? Are we talking RS500 IC, or a PM IC? I responded to someone who said they could get an RS500 IC for cheaper. I don't know anything about the PM IC and I wasn't talking about it, although this thr...

Wow, that's a lotta cheese!!! sheesh, for that money I can get a Real RS500 IC with pipes made! and still have some left over for a rear wing (RS of course). True, but you would have to ditch your AC. Dave's IC/Rad combo is Air Conditioning friendly! Plus, it has a few extra features made just for ...

Ed, Good description except for one thing; it uses a blow off valve, not a bypass. I found that kind of interesting. As DC said in explaining it to everyone, the logic would seem to be that a bypass would work much better, but they found that the blow-off doesn't mess up the computer like you would ...

Eccentric strut top mounts

I have been looking at these eccentric strut top mounts that Burton Power in the UK sells. They are for use with coil-overs and allow for camber and castor setting changes. They have two types: drilled and undrilled. I can't get a satisfactory answer out of the customer service desk about the purpos...

On the 2.3 Quad swap: A company in England named Mountune is offering a lot of hop-up kits for this motor. Also, Mountune has developed a bellhousing that allows it to mate up with a T-9 transmission. This would probably be mucho expensive to bring here, but it would make installation into a Merkur ...

Something that is almost as important as an intercooler would be a bigger fuel pump. If you have strong stock pumps you will be okay, but at almost twenty years old, there's a good chance the stockers won't be up to the task. A lot of people go with the Walbro high flow/high pressure unit.

Ed, there is a baffle on there. It's the silver thing to the right, and above, of the filter. Rat_n_a_cage, if you want, you can expand the hole in the fender to get more air to it.

That does not seem too bad, actually. How does the filter attach to the VAM? If the connector hose doubles back on itself, or in general makes more than a single right angle turn, then that could cause an unnecessary restriction. The PO may have used the stock hose without any mods to it. The stock ...

Dinner

The form printable form for the dinner says that the postmark should be no later than May 15, 2002. (I'm really late if that is the case!)
The web-page says that it must be postmarked by the Monday, May 21st. Since there is no such date as Monday the 21st of May, what date is the cut-off?

TIA,
AHC
