I looking to get a junk turbo-coupe Thunderbird to strip the engine, tranny, clutch setup, what else would be worth robing for upgrades or spares for the XR before the body is scraped?

After reading this post I went out, got a picture of this dark brown resistor wire and then removed it, reads about 1 ohm.
I did the Walbro fuel pump and didn't know about this.

I saw this logo on some seat covers while in Autozone, it stands for "R Racing" and it's licensed to PlastiColor - http://www.plasticolorinc.com

Forgot to add that was a old picture, the engine is in the car with about 600 miles on it I'll be pulling the plug late this week and report back.

I'm installing some gauges and before I remove this plug and find out the hard way I thought I'd ask first.
I know the upper plug is the water jacket, but need to know what lower plug is.
