Just curious, how much did Russ let these go for?

Re: MN12 T-Bird Master Cyclinder (MC) Swap

Looks very tidy there Brad. Those lines look like they fit perfect. Did you end up going with stock parts store lengths or did you do the flaring yourself?
How is the pedal feel now?

I may also have a couple of these master cylinder adapter kits on sale at carlisle.

I've found that the Photobucket app is much friendlier. The website is just ad central lately. It still works ok for forum posting with the img tag but forget about browsing an album. I've been thinking of going to google photos.

I got that same message too a couple days ago. Once I entered it once on that device it went away.

Re: Jeremy's Merkur "The Mutt"

Craig, Ive never seen a wiring diagram for one of those. If you find one post it up and I can give some advice. I would imagine that the horn button is either wired to our cruise control switch or to otherwise unused pins on our cars.

Re: Bleeding T-Bird/Taurus calipers

I saw thise a while back. Apparently they are popular for use on motorcycles.
Those definitely make sense with the varga caliper in our application.

Re: Steering Rack boot

I've used this one on a few occasions. You just need to trim the big end to the larger step size. This was available at advanced auto but that was a few years back...

Re: NEW Merkur part of the week

Mike, could you give us some details on the muffler? I would guess it's a straight through design but what type of packing does it use?

Re: No fuel pump......

Bob you have just displayed this principle. Just because Ed responds with an explanation which is correct doesn't necessarily equal knowledge, one might simply pose my phrase to the great google and voila. In many cases the simplest or the most socially acceptable solution is not the "correct" one b...

Re: MN12 T-Bird Master Cyclinder (MC) Swap

Advanced auto and Napa both carry these fittings but usually behind the counter. If you can't find the fitting alone they also have preflared lines for pretty cheap that you could harvest one from too.

DPS is a drill point seat. I have seen the adapters called both depending on the manufacturer.

Re: motor mounts

I was looking for a replacement a while back too. My searching turned up a few possible options if someone else wants to do some digging. 240 sx , poly options available might work with mods. I like this style and it could be easily dabbed with generic poly bushes. https://silverproject.eu/en/shop/n...
