FOUND!! Original Merkur Brochures.....

General discussion relating to club happenings and items related to Merkurs in general such as "Merkur sightings". I got into cleaning out my Barn and I sorting out all my old car mags and Ford dealer brochures.
Well, in one box i just unpacked a LOAD Merkur related promotional items:
* Take the XR4Ti Challenge Video, in orig packaging addressed to me.
* 2) Scorpio Preview Collection in orig packaging, also addressed to me.
* Original Scorpio brochure dated 3-87.
* 1985 XR4Ti brochure.
* 1986 XR4Ti brochure.
* 1987 XR4Ti brochure.
* XR4Ti Road Challenge brochures, also addressed to me.
* Motorcraft Shop Tips- 1988 new Car intro
* NY Times magazine from May 24, 1987 featuring Jack Telnack and the NEW shape of Ford's success.

How cool is all this???
I am so excited..... For some reason, my wife doesn't share my enthusiasm and simply said;" You were into this crap back then?!"

I understand Saul. Even Carrie does...mostly! She just jokes that the Scorpio is my mistress and that I could find alternate uses for the tailpipe, if you know what I mean...

I just say...that's a terrible place for third degree burns!
