So what is your other ride

Post by C-Rock »

Some of us have a few cars in our garages so what else do you have ? Here is my other ride. Post some pictures if it is something sweet, but not if it's a simple Honda

I'll have to dig out the camera and check the hard drive for pictures.
The 2000 BMW Z3 is Sienna Red with whatever they call beige roof and interior. I love the color, it is not "Ticket Me Red" but depending on the light level and the angle it is rust, paprika, almost a maroon.
The 2009 Jetta TDI is the dark gray with gray interior.
My wife's Saturn L300 is white. It looks like an appliance, there is no depth to the paint. It could pass as for a Maytag. We are about to replace it with most likely the 2012 Ford Focus, less likely candidates are Fiesta, Mini Cooper Clubman and Audi A3.
The 1987 Merkurs have been blue, my first and favorite, black least favorite, maroon and gray is what I'm driving now.
If all goes well I'm getting Victoria's RS500 and it is gray.
1987 RS500 clone courtesy of the little blonde Merkur fairies of Minnesota
2000 Z3 most dependable, least practical car I could find
2009 Jetta Sportwagen TDI 44 mpg
2012 Ford Focus SEL 5-door, the wife's car and the only automatic

Heh, i've seen your saph Jeff. Now resides near me.

My other rides

05 legacy GT limited - entertaining daily, good in all conditions
85 F150 tow missile - piss poor fuel economy, but fun doing it.

I actually get more compliments on my truck than any vehicle i've owned.

For the inspiration to own a Capri, BAHAMACHARGER would have to be included. 8) I'd own one if it wasn't for the BS smog regs here in Cali...

BTW Mike, I had an R33 GTS-4 for 6 months. Made the sweetest sound a 6 pot ever could produce without a turbo.

I used to have one of these too until I had to go home.
