I am 96.7% that is a LHD US spec XR4Ti converted to RHD. UK cars never had the "X" if I recall correctly.

That has to be a RHD as both the battery and the fuse box are flipped. Interesting how it looks like it has a Rapido intercooler.

I'm wondering whether a UK RHD XR4i got some 'T' love at some point.

Pretty sure the only RHD turbo Sierra(in Europe) was the RS Cosworth, and RS 500. It also had a 2.0L DOHC engine, not the Lima 2.3L.

You're forgetting that Andy Rouse ran the XR4Ti in the BTCC. To get the car homoligated most likely required RHD cars to be built for the UK & Austrailian market to be alowed to race.

Definately an XR4Ti, not a Sierra. The "X" brace behind the grille is a North American only feature as is the plate on the core support that just has a portion of the end of the VIN on it.
