New Wheels for my 87 XR4Ti

Can you guys direct me to a place to buy new larger 16" or 17" wheels for my XR4Ti. I also want to put disc brakes in back and also upgrade the front. Suggestions for that also appreciated. Thanks! Got my car to start after 8 years this weekend by spraying starter fluid in air intake and bought and assembled Welbro HP intake pump in the gas tank. Installing gas tank this weekend.
