Yeah, it's awesome. I'm constantly looking and that one surprised me.
I don't think there are many of these out there. Not only that, it's the right color, size, pretty much perfect.

I got this, too... the red one.

These are good sunglasses and of course, stylish.

If you have a little more budget, these are really good watches. I really like these green ones that just came out.

No need to waste a bunch of money on expensive Swiss watch.

Here's a little secret.
The guys that make the Merkur movements also make parts for a certain famous Swiss brand that costs many times as much.
I've got two of these. After having them awhile, I sold my Swiss mechanical watches because I liked the Merkurs better.
Only thing I don't like is their straps, but they're easily replaced. I like Hirsch Runner straps, have a red one and a blue one.

So there are a few ideas for the Merkur lover...

The jacket arrived and it's just like new. Great condition for being 30+ years old.
Gonna be stylin' at the early season car shows.

I got new driveshaft in Oct-nov to go with the world class T5 that landed in my lap in Aug(?). Next will be a shift handle, and probably a shifter as well. Still gotta get a boot, and a surround. So some of my Xmas is gonna be late, but I always tell the wife to not buy me stuff for birthday or Xmas, knowing I'm gonna spend on my XR...

I do the same thing... put everything into this time of year and go hunting for it myself.
Last year I got a flag pole for Christmas. The year before I got one of the Merkur watches.

It may just take more goodies to make the whole thing into one.

I'm owed a Christmas gift, new leather for my XR's driver's seat, but I haven't been able to get Russ to call me back. Anyone know if his health is OK?
