Top Mechanic Methods

Post by andyofcolumbusmerkur »

Here the car wizard uses an amp meter and an Amp Hound to work on this SLK320. Notice he measures across the fuse using the test tabs.

More advanced and technical, but useful to understand why different methods may or may not work and why. Using the infrared thermometer is an awesome idea and real time saver. Notice he is using a combination of methods and also a clamp meter.

I intend to check them out but it'll be a while before I get to them.

Bravo for the Amp Hound! Love that tester.

The Wizard knows his stuff. But for presentation quality along with knowledge of "stuff" and keeping the video sharply focused on essentials the Humble Mechanic gets the Oscar.

Thanks Andy.
