Thanks for posting whitelx. I found your link on another site and looked through it (svtperformance maybe?) and you had a pic of my car so that's good enough haha!

When's the turbo going on the stang? On3 kit? You gonna battle it out with the 845whp fox that was there? Or the 1100hp eBay mustang?
So much to do, so little money :(

turbo kt will hopefully go on sometime this summer. It's an old TTI street single kit with a 60-1 turbo. Small, but perfect for a street car with a stock block. The block can't take much more than 450rwhp before it cracks in half. I don't have money to build a new engine with an aftermarket block, so I'll be happy with that.

450whp will be good.

Sometimes I question why I have a merkur when I could have a 5.0 mustang and turbo it for a few grand to get upwards of 400whp. Really makes me want to trade

If I didn't have so much invested in my 2.3 my XR would have a 5.0L in it. However, if anything ever happens to the bottom end, you can bet a 5.0 will find a new home.

Would I be correct in saying that that's because of the qualities of the power produced vs. the quantities?
