So whats it going to take to get some kind of summer get together for some of the Ohio Michigan Indiana guys. Maybe we can get some venders like Mike from Merkur Depot and Jeff from Merkur Mid west to jump in and have some kind of swap meet. I know I got some stuff laying around. Would be good to see Tomi from North of the border who I sold my 89 to 10 or so years ago. I know I can bring 2 Xr's.

I would also want to go if it wasn't to far. I just started working at a body shop and I'm learning some cool stuff about weigh reduction and strengthening the frame to support all the power. Planning on 03 cobra take out to replace 2.3 eventuality .

I would be down for this as well.

End of July too soon to coordinate for? I'm sure we could meet up at a metropark or something for a bbq/swap/whatever. Also, I know jeff doesn't like to travel too deep into Michigan...

I would be totally down to hit up a car meet with some other Merkur dudes. Name a time and a place!

You might want to look at the post date, I posted this 3 years ago. 5 hits in 3 years not bad.

If any of the people who posted here before are still owners.

Would love to take the XR out to some shows or have a get together. Just need to get her running, I know of at least 3 owners in Detroit...
