Help, because I never ask for it, but now I need some

I have a Wide Band O2 to install into my XR. I need help to get it in, mostly need muscle to remove/reinstall exhaust, as the DP and cat section are now welded together(it was the only way to seal an exhaust leak). I'd like to this late this week, as I am off work this week, and I should have enough space in the Garage from other projects cleared out. If anyone can give a hand let me know and I'll fire up my stick welder, so I can weld the bung in. Of course if whoever helps me, has more welding exp than I, you're more than welcome to do the welding. I just can't do the heavy lifting I used to since a back injury
