Nope. That M22 bung is pretty useless in an XR / 2.3T application. This will be a 100% new design, 1989 XR4Ti specific radiator.

If I didn't already have that custom, one-off special you made for me (thank you :notworthy ), I probably would have been the third.
Seriously, though, I'm sure you could probably sell more.

Split a run of 10 between 89 XR and Scorpio. 5 89 XR gone in 2 days, Scorpio ones will probably last 5 years :)

I might split another run and do half 89 rads and half 85-88 rads.

Another limited run of 1989 shorty radiators are in stock again as well at http://merkur.50megs.com/photo2_2.html

89 radiators have been further refined; the coolant fill port changed to a 17mm bead rolled tube for a more snug fit for the hose and upper tabs have been added to support Sierra Cosworth or aftermarket fan installations. (The factory dual Sierra Cosworth fans are a bolt on affair with these tabs and mounting locations )

Looks nice, and at a fair price. Am I mistaken for thinking that this looks like an intercooler core?
