We are actually looking at pieceing together 2 different styles of combos again as well FYI. One to keep AC and one for those who don't need to keep AC.

For the small intercooler stacked on top of the rad that will let you keep all your AC stuff in place ballpark will be around $350 for rad/IC combo.
(Other versions slightly higher.)

is there a peak performance for the IC? i guess im asking if there is a limit to how well it can cool compared to how much HP one plans on pushing

With an IC - the bigger the better. Small IC stacked on top of the rad is probably going to have a limit of around 300 HP.
Just depends on if you want to keep AC or not - if you put a big IC up where the AC stuff is in the front -- the sky is the limit on HP.

The short aluminum radiator and the 2wd Cossi intercooler make a great street combination. To improve piping on the 2WD Cossi intercooler, shorten the straight discharge pipe on the cooler and weld on a 2 1/2 90 degree angle - piping to the stock throttle body is very easily accomplished. This also insures pulley and belt clearance on the alternator. Cossi Intercooler has cast piping for adding a BOV or BPV. Add one, but two 12" fans to radiator are best - and the car will not overheat even in a summer in hell (AZ).

Looks good, Mike, I like the redesign. Any guesstimates as to the availability of the IC to go with it, and what design it will have?

Thank you,
We have moved Scorpio aluminum radiators version 2.0 into the next slot for production...
Combos will be revisited in 2017.

This rad and a Cosworth 2wd IC will bolt together if you want to make your own combo :)
