Think I have something to get your son going right.

Mono black 88....easy on the wallet.....tons of mechanical work done....been off the road last 3 years.

solid solid solid chassis.....almost a shame I dont have time to build it.

Hi, I'm not on the east coast, I am about 15 miles south of Cleveland, Ohio. I have a 1988 Merkur Scorpio that has been garaged for about 20 years. It looks pretty good. Tranny was professionally rebuilt just before I parked her. I've posted a few pictures on my recent posts. I'm not looking for a lot of money.

I have a couple that would be great projects.
I have an 88 and an 89. Both are great drivers and registered in PA as classic vehicles. I drive them regularly.
88 just needs some brake work. The brakes work, it stops in a straight line, but overall they are not as efficient as they could be. Engine and auto transmission are strong. Body is absolutely solid. I have owned it for 3 years and it has never given me any issues.
89 is in great shape and everything works. It has 16" chrome wheels and side RS skirts. Engine and transmission are strong. Body is absolutely solid. I have owned this one for 5 years and it has never given me any issues.
I am looking to move these cars on as I have too many cars and not enough storage. I would ideally like them to go to a Merkur enthusiast so I am willing to work on a great price for either. It's always good to get youngsters involved with Merkurs!
