Interior of that car is actually quite good.

I think I know what was apparently not done. Paying the bill!
I knew a guy who got a Porsche 928 that way. He fixed it up real nice once he got possession.

There could have been a list of work the P.O. wanted done or stuff needing to be looked at; that's what I'd like to see--then the mechanic's write-up work order and work completed report.
