I have an original - one owner 1985 Merkur XR4Ti 5 speed my dad bought new in 1985. This could be the nicest remaining original XR available. Vehicle is Bright Maroon over charcoal with grey leather. Never been wrecked- all original- including tires.
We are thinking about selling the vehicle- please respond if interested.

Is this car in Ohio by chance? If yes, did your dad work at Lincoln-Mercury?
UPDATE: This was not the car I was thinking about, its a darker red and not in Ohio.

Of course, this would require work on the OP's part... LOTS and LOTS of pics and the car described in minute detail.
Then expect to throw some more $$$ at it to fix stuff that's broke from sitting. Let's start with those tires.
