Well fellas, I had my baby son be on two weeks ago and I just don't have time to work on the project. Local pickup please. It is an 86 hardtop, no sunroof.

Car is located in Tripoli, IA

Congrats on the birth of your son. :cheers

We've all had those times when we had to "let 'er go." Most of us have come back, down the road.

Also, we may gain another XR enthusiast, depending on who buys it.

Yep, I was without an XR for 4 years, from 1996-2000, pretty much the pre-internet days when parts were more difficult to get. Even then, my second one only ran for three years before the C-3 transmission took a second dump. so while I owned one, I didn't have one on the road from 2003-2012.

To be candid, I have had mine in the garage for most of the last three years, after dailying one for most of the last three decades. Too much on my plate, and the Fiesta ST makes it a lot less painful, if you will, for my 50-mile workdays... truth is, it's probably time to lighten the load before selling our (now oversized, as the nest empties) house, until I see where we end up and how much space and all that we will have.
