[SOLD] PARTING OUT 1985 MERKUR XR4TI

Soon going to be parting out a 1985 XR4TI. Please PM me with parts needed. Car is silver in color. Cloth interior C3 Automatic. Sunroof car. Has Rust in the PInch welds. Engine ran when parked. Engine and Trans still in car. Cloth seats in nice shape, will just need cleaning. Has a nice set of Phone dial Wheels. Extra Gray Dash, Has an Original Radio, Interior light cracked as normal, Does have a good Bi-Wing. Car runs and drives. Will also sell complete car for $1,900.00 or MAKE AN OFFER!! Car located in New Jersey

I wouldn't mind having it for parts like a good bi-wing and good cloth seats. But I have no room for another vehicle. Maybe Mike has room and it will end up in Barberton? :D

Hi I’m in need of a 3:92 rear differential preferably an lsd also brake calipers and brackets all 4 corners I don’t mind if they need rebuilt

You won't be able to select gearing like you would in a ford 9 inch or something. You can run the 3.36 from an auto or the 3.64 from a 5 speed. Both are an open differential despite what you may read in a car magazine published in 1984. You can use parts from a Cosworth but expect to pay. Or adapt something from a Toyota. I have a 3:91 rear diff here (non-LSD). I'll make an educated guess you're building a kit car if you're looking for a 3.9x diff?

I have a 3:91 rear diff here (non-LSD). I'll make an educated guess you're building a kit car if you're looking for a 3.9x diff?
Where is a 3.91 ratio used?
