few quick scorpio spindle / hub - wheel bearing / seal ques

i have some scorpio spindles i took apart months ago. i sand blasted, painted and redrilled them. now i am re-assembling them... with a brain fart, lol.

on the front there is only one seal correct? on the outside where the wheel flange is?

the ABS ring is just sandwiched between the inner wheel bearing and the nylock nut? there is no additional washer between the nut and ABS ring?

torque spec is 240 ft/lbs?

the rear there is 2 seals and the same 240 ft/lb torque spec correct?

Correct. You don't need a seal on the inside since there is a dust cap.

Correct. The ABS ring IS the washer.

Bumping this older thread as I was about to start rebuilding some front Scorpio hub assemblies and I wasn't sure if I had seals on hand. I have a package of seals - p/n E5RY-1177-A - searching seems to indicate these as being for the XR4Ti OR Scorpio. I know for the rears that the XR and Scorpio are NOT the same size. For the fronts do they in fact, share the same seal?

And yes, I realize there is only one seal for the front carriers while the rears have two.

The answer is "No". E5RY-1177-A is for the XR4Ti rear only.
